Twist and Bliss Flow Yoga

Vinyasa Flow yoga is an upbeat and dynamic yoga practice which links breath and movement. Each class contains a warm-up, we then flow through yoga postures that build strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance – for both body and mind. Class ends with a guided meditation and deep relaxation. All levels are welcome and no experience is necessary. Yoga mats are provided. Simply bring yourself.
